Telecath

You can set reminders for self-catheterization and make incontinence reports for your clinician to review

1. Click the ‘Telecath’ module located on the dashboard.

2. The list of cues are shown on this screen.

Add a schedule

1. Click the ‘…’ icon on the bottom right corner of the screen

2. Click ‘Add New Schedule’

3. Choose how often you want reminder notifications

4. Choose a time that would make sense to you

5. Select the Start Date and End Date, and include relevant notes!

6. Click ‘Save’

Incontenence Report

1. Click the ‘…’ icon on the bottom right corner of the screen

2. Click ‘Setup Incontinence Report’

3. Click the ‘Report Time’ option

4. Choose a convenient time for you to make daily incontinence reports!

5. Choose a Start Date and desired End Date

6. Include relevant notes and click ‘Save’

Report an Issue

1. Click the ‘…’ icon on the bottom right corner of the screen

2. Click the first icon - ‘Report Issue’

3. Under ‘Experienced problem:’, choose the problem you experienced

4. Add notes describing your experience

5. Click ‘Submit’
