Skincare is made to keep track of your skin problems. This module gathers information from you so that your clinician can help you to take care of you skin issue effectively.

Wound Reports

1. Click the ‘Skincare’ module located on the Dashboard

2. Click the ‘…’ icon on the bottom right section of the screen

3. Click ‘Wound Reports’

4. Click the ‘+’ icon on the bottom right section of the screen

5. On the image shown, click the part of your body where the wound is

6. Take a picture of your wound

7. Make sure the ‘Description of location:’ correctly identifies the wounded body part

8. Click ‘Next’

9. Choose the correct Size and Color of the affected Skincare

10. Click ‘Next’

11. Choose the Tissue condition and Depth of the affected skin

12. Click ‘Next’

13. In the ‘Notes:’ section, describe the wound in detail

14. Submit the Wound Reports

Add New Schedule

1. Click the ‘…’ icon on the bottom right section of the screen

2. Click ‘Add New Schedule’

3. Choose how often you want the cue to repeat

4. Choose the most convenient time for you

5. Select the Start and End dates

6. Include relevant Notes

7. Click ‘Save’
